 Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities by tapping the potential of customers in different countries
  • Develop new customers relationships to generate business orders
  • Take ownership of the order process
  • Plan, design, develop and implement sales activities to meet customers’ needs and requirements
  • Take ownership of the entire business order process. Take initiative to develop effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities to close the orders
  • Review distributor’s performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.
  • Complete other assignments as requested by CEO.

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience of export sales working with global customers with proven track record
  • Excellent English (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Attention to details and drive to follow up with customers to close orders
  • Knowledgeable of contracts agreement, manufacturing, custom and export process
  • Hardworking and diligent

Compensation

  • Salary: Negotiable + Incentive
  • Bonus: performance, team bonus
  • 12 annual leaves per year
